Divisarana meeting minutes

* At arround 12.10 pm on 21/10/2010 we started the meeting & there we had a special guest who’s
name was Mr. Anuradha

* Firstly Mr. Supun Nigamuni Who is the president of Divisarana introduced Mr. Anuradha to the
members & they all welcomed him.

* There after Mr. Supun Nigamuni flashed back the history of Divisarana society & briefed what we have
done so far. There he displayed some photographs which were taken while the members were involved
in some activities.

* Then Mr. Anuradha gave a small speech & he told that he has a small concern regarding stray cattle
and also he told us that he will look for legal actions which we can make in order to mitigate this issue.

* While his speech, he emphasized the importance of maintaining a telephone index.

* There after we got some valuable suggestions from our members to increase the number of people
who are in our society. They are as follows

* Mr. Sachith took the responsibility of taking necessary actions to go for a turtle watching camp in
Rakawa.

* Mr. Pubudu took the responsibility of going to the Zoo & checking the possibility to work as volunteers
for our people.

* I took the responsibility of preparing a communication tree which will make our life easier to
communicate among our patch.

* There after Mr. Nigamuni concluded the session & every one used to thank for Mr. Anuradha for his
arrival.

* At 12.55 we ended the meeting.
